and yet so far away. Sorry Army.

 Saturday means tamales and chuchitos and this time you can see what it is like buying the best tamales in town.

They come out of those baskets unbelievably hot and stayed that way on the walk home and then were enjoyed by two of the Expedition Members. Two new varieties were available - a chicken in a spicier darker corn mash and a sweeter one which I believe is the negro tamal made only at this time of year. Yummy.
